Save hours with bulk URL shortening
If you have ever needed to shorten more than a handful of links, you know how tedious the manual process becomes. Copy a URL, paste it, wait for the short link, copy the result, move to the next one, repeated dozens or hundreds of times. Bulk URL shortening eliminates that entirely. Upload a CSV with as many URLs as your plan allows and receive a complete output file in seconds.
Beyond raw time savings, bulk shortening ensures consistency. Every link in your output file is formatted the same way, uses the same domain, and appears in your dashboard for analytics tracking. When you run a campaign across hundreds of product pages, landing pages, or blog posts, having uniform short links makes reporting clean and straightforward.
Business and Enterprise plan users can also have their custom domain applied to every link in the batch automatically. Your brand appears on every single short link without any extra steps per URL.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many URLs can I shorten in one batch?
Batch limits depend on your plan. Pro supports batches of up to 500 URLs, Business up to 5,000, and Enterprise has no batch limit. The Free plan does not include bulk shortening.
Does bulk shortening support custom aliases?
You can include an optional alias column in your CSV. If an alias is provided for a row, that alias is used as the custom slug. If left blank, a random short code is generated automatically.
Can I apply my custom domain to bulk-created links?
Yes. If you have a custom domain connected to your account, you can select it from the bulk upload settings before processing. All links in the batch will use that domain.
What happens to duplicate URLs in my CSV?
Duplicate destination URLs are processed independently unless the same URL already exists as a short link in your account. You can control deduplication behavior in the batch upload settings.
Are bulk-created links tracked in analytics?
Yes. Every link created via bulk upload appears in your dashboard with full click analytics, geographic data, device breakdowns, and all the same statistics as links created individually.
